Rather than compromising on feed quality, we work with an established feed producer with proven expertise in poultry nutrition. Every batch of feed is manufactured using carefully selected raw materials and scientifically formulated to meet the nutritional requirements of broiler chickens at every stage of growth.
This approach ensures that our birds receive balanced nutrition that supports healthy development, strong immunity, excellent feed conversion, and consistent performance.
Quality Assurance Laboratory
Quality does not end once the feed is delivered. ProChicken Africa operates a comprehensive feed quality assurance program to verify that all feed supplied to our farms and contracted growers consistently meets our strict specifications.
As part of our supplier quality management program, we conduct comprehensive audits of our feed manufacturing partner every three months. These quarterly audits assess raw material sourcing, manufacturing processes, quality control systems, hygiene and sanitation practices, storage facilities, traceability, documentation, and compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements.
Our quality assurance team also monitors feed quality throughout the supply chain to ensure that every batch delivered to our farms and contract growers maintains the nutritional value, safety, and consistency required by ProChicken Africa.
